Services
Consulting, security, and support from one firm.
Software, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, IT support, and the network. Workplace covers both the Windows and Mac ecosystems. AI covers chat, phone receivers, and assistants in the tools you already use.

Software consulting Loading...
We help you choose the software, see how it should work together, and plan the rollout. When a ready-made tool does not cover the job, we build the missing piece, for Windows and for Mac.
What the work includes
- We help you choose software and decide how the tools should work together.
- We set up who can sign in, and which accounts they get, before anyone switches systems.
- We write a plan that says what we will do and what we will leave alone.
- When people are still copying information from one system into another, we build the missing connection.
- When the work is a conversation, we can add AI to chat or the phone, together with our AI practice.
A typical reason to call. The company has tools, but nobody is sure they are the right ones, or how they are supposed to work together.

Cybersecurity Loading...
Security is part of the same project as the software. We add extra sign-in checks, permissions, protection on each computer, and backups, then keep them up to date.
What the work includes
- We add extra sign-in checks, including for Microsoft 365 and for managed Apple accounts, so a password alone is not enough.
- We put protection and updates on the computers people actually use.
- We review who can open what, and we close access cleanly when someone leaves.
- We test the backups, so you can actually restore them.
- We write a plain account of the gaps, ready for a customer review or an exam.
A typical reason to call. Accounts are shared, backups have never been tested, or a questionnaire just turned last year’s setup into a problem.

Cloud Loading...
We advise on the software, move you onto it, and look after it if you want us to stay. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace are the usual choices. We include Adobe and Zoom when your team already uses them.
What the work includes
- For Microsoft 365, we set up who can sign in, plus Teams, email, and SharePoint.
- For Google Workspace, we set up user accounts, Drive, Gmail, Meet, and who can open what.
- When Adobe and Zoom are part of the work, we set up the accounts and help new people get onto them.
- We plan moves of email and files before the day people switch.
- We set up backups, and we handle the day-to-day administration after the switch if you want us to stay.
A typical reason to call. Email and files live in more than one place, or a move to a new system has been put off because the last one went badly.

IT support Loading...
Once the setup is in place, we can stay and support it. People have someone to call, and we fix the problems that keep coming back.
What the work includes
- We run a remote help desk for the people and systems we agreed to cover, on Windows and on Mac.
- We set up accounts when someone joins, and we close them when someone leaves.
- We watch the systems, install updates, and fix the cause so the same problem does not return.
- You get one named person who already knows your setup.
A typical reason to call. Someone needs to answer the everyday questions, and the internal team is already full.

Network and infrastructure Loading...
We find what keeps failing, fix the repeats, and write down how the network is set up. That covers Wi-Fi, firewalls, servers, and storage, for one office or for several that should work the same way.
What the work includes
- We set up Wi-Fi and internet connections for offices, clinics, stores, and warehouses.
- We support firewalls and remote access, including Fortinet when that is already what you use.
- We look after the servers and the file storage that people depend on every day.
- We write down the setup, and we stay to support it after it is stable.
A typical reason to call. The network, the Wi-Fi, or the firewall is the thing people complain about every week.

We support both the Windows and Mac ecosystems. We put the same sign-in, the same apps, and the same updates on the computers your team already uses.
What the work includes
- We support Windows and Mac with one set of rules for sign-in, apps, and updates.
- We work in the system you already use, often Microsoft Intune for Windows and Jamf for Mac.
- We try a change on one computer before we apply it to the rest.
- We keep both ecosystems updated, and we help when something on a computer stops working.
A typical reason to call. Windows and Mac are both in use, and nobody is looking after them the same way.
Windows and Mac, supported the same way
Both ecosystems follow the same four steps. We support the computers your team already uses.
01
Role
We start with what each job needs from the software, on Windows and on Mac.
02
Standard
Windows and Mac follow the same rules for sign-in, apps, and updates.
03
Prove
We try the setup on one computer before we apply it more widely.
04
Apply
We put that setup on the computers people already use.

AI integration Loading...
We add AI where a team keeps giving the same answers: the chat on the site, the phone line after hours, and an assistant inside the tools staff already open. A person still takes over when the conversation needs one.
What the work includes
- We add customer chat on the website, and inside the tools the company already uses.
- We set up a phone line that answers, sends calls to the right place, and books appointments, then hands the call to a person when it needs one.
- We add an assistant for your own staff, working over support requests, documents, and the systems we already support.
- We write a rule for what the AI may say, what it must pass to a person, and where the record of the conversation is kept.
- We test it on real questions before it talks to a customer, and one named person owns it after launch.
A typical reason to call. The same questions arrive by chat, by phone, and by email, and the people answering them should be doing the actual work.
